Aaron at Soccer Camp

Aaron has been going to a soccer camp this week in Ashland. He was really looking forward to it and he had a great time. Now he's ready to play in the Grayson league this fall!

Tubing and Skiing with the Coopers

We went to Cave Run lake with Chuck and Megan Cooper water-skiing and tubing. We all had a blast! Aaron and Abby loved tubing and just swimming in the lake.

Lemonade anyone?

Abby and Aaron set up a lemonade stand one hot afternoon. They sure looked cute sitting on the corner and they made $7.00! Then the rain came!

Our Last Day of Vacation - In the Pool

We spent our last day of vacation in the pool ALL DAY! We had lots of fun. Abby and Aaron had a ball playing with their cousins - Phillip, Jenny, Christopher and Andrew.

Fun at Virginia Beach

We went to Virginia Beach for a day. The weather was awesome! (Brad has the umbrella to block sun, not rain) Abby and Aaron loved the ocean! We could hardly get Abby out to leave. Aaron tired out a little sooner as you can see from the picture. The water temperature was 66 degrees!

Jamestown Settlement

We went to the Jamestown settlement near Williamsburg one day. We saw an Indian village, learned how to grind corn, saw replicas of the three ships that brought the English to Jamestown and walked around the fort. Abby enjoyed it all. Aaron was in a grumpy mood that day and was determined not to have fun!

Aaron's 4th birthday!

Aaron had a "Bob the Builder" birthday party this year. But one of his favorite gifts was his Power Ranger costume. It came with a missile launcher and nunchucks. What were we thinking ?!!!

KDMC day at Camden Park was REALLY hot, but we had lots of fun as we always do. It always brings back memories of when I went there as a kid.

Annual Conference

Ok, we didn't actually go to conference. But we sure had a good time in Louisville playing with the Moore's and the Beach's while the Daddys went to conference. Here are some pictures from the Louisville Zoo.

Ring Bearer again

Aaron was the ring bearer in a wedding on June 1st. He did a great job during the wedding. But the wedding was outdoors and it was a challenge to keep Aaron clean and presentable before the wedding. He was playing with sticks and playing in the dirt and playing in a fountain. I had to take him inside and clean him off before he walked down the aisle. But he sure had a good time!

The Tooth - Before and After

Abby has had this crazy front tooth that has been so loose it was sticking straight out. It's just been hanging there for about a month! But finally, yesterday at school, one of her friends accidentally hit her in the mouth and knocked it out. She lost it on the playground but she wrote the tooth fairy a note to explain and she still got her dollar!
